Bhavana Pradyumna is a versatile and multifaceted artiste whose expertise lies in Carnatic music through her vocal chords and her beautiful dancing through Bharathanatyam. She is a graded All India Radio artist, she has performed in several noted Sabhas.  Bhavana holds a Masters Degree in music from University of Chennai. She has performed in the prestigious Sangeeth Natak Academy Award celebrations and she holds a place in the guinness records as a part of ‘Laksha Galaarchana’. She is a recepient of the title “Sri Ramanuja Paduka Sevaka” , which was bestowed upon her from “Sri Dasarathy Trust,” Bhavana is the Co-Founder of “Kalavardhini,” Bangalore, India. She has released  many albums such as “Samvardhini” and others.

 

Bhavana was trained by veteran teachers such Smt. Padmamalini Raghunandan, Sri. Koviladi R MadhwaPrasad, Sri. Anoor AnanthaKrishna Sharma and Chitraveena Ravikiran.  In Veena, Smt. Padmamalini Raghunandan and in violin, Smt. Rajalakshmi Krishnamurthy.  Bhavana currently works at Kalaivani, Performing Institution in Atlanta, GA, as an Artistic Director.
